Bar Services
The McKenna Events Center allows party hosts to provide their own alcohol; however, the alcohol must be served by a TABC certified bartender. Cash bars require special permits. Host Alcohol Liability Insurance must be obtained for your event. When alcohol is served, security officers are required (one officer per 100 guests). We are happy to arrange for your security through the Comal County Sheriff’s office. The officers are paid directly by the host and charge $25 per hour (4 hr. minimum). Cash or checks only, please.
